The Single Digital Map (SDM) is an integrated information system that gathers, organizes, maintains, and disseminates statutory geospatial land-related information, generated by various public administration and e-government bodies, regarding urban planning and building permit regulations, planned land use and environmental protection, ownership, property assessment and exploitation. 

The system also encompasses a National Registry for documenting the technical information of public works projects, supervised by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport. 

Τhe user can navigate to the functionality and electronic services of the SDM portal, depending on his/her role.  

The project aims to improve and expand the services provided to citizens, public and private entities, and investors, through the creation of integrated "one-stop-shop" services for economic and investment activities related to construction and spatial planning in the sectors of Tourism, Business Activities, Public Property Development, and Housing. 

At the same time, it will contribute to the effectiveness of each public entity by providing all the necessary information for better decision-making, rational management of financial and human resources, and the implementation of corrective and development actions in order to achieve strategic goals.
